Map of a portion of what was known as German East Africa in WWI. "Drawn by No.6 Topo Sect., Printed by No. 4. Field Litho Sect., ID No.44" Information probably copied from an earlier German map. The maps notable features are the annotations concerning the location, quantity and quality of drinking water as well as the double, dotted boundary line indicating the zone of the Tsetse fly between Makindu and Handeni.
