Front: Illustration of John Bull and Uncle Sam carrying money 'to Canada'. There is a locomotive in the background and pre printed on the front it is 'addressed' to: No. 1 Manitoba Hall, Winnipeg. At bottom it reads 'Bound for the International Company'. Back: The back details the population growth of Winnipeg from 1870 to the estimated number in 1910, 215 to 200,000. Mail to: Mrs. C.A. Newhall, Pontiac, Michigan.
