Several paragraphs of information about the county, its cities, towns, lake, industry, etc. placed all around the map. List of seats of nobility and short historical list of the Earls and Dukes of Lancaster. Described in Smith, Antique Maps of the British Isles, entry 14, pp.108-113. McMaster's copy was probably produced as a separate sheet, before the publication of The Large English Atlas. McMaster's copy is missing the "sold by" note in margin which might distinguish the publishing date. Described in Chubb, Printed Maps in the Atlases of Great Britain and Ireland, entry CXCV, map 12, pp.157-159. Same map as later included in The Large English Atlas.

From an atlas, probably Bernard Scalé's An Hibernian Atlas, or General Description of the Kingdom of Ireland... (1788 edition, which was a reissue by Robert Sayer. The maps in this edition all have text, "printed for Robert Sayer No. 53 Fleet Street"). Includes text: Directions for Waterford Harbour by Mr. Mackenzie; Directions for Waterford Harbour by Mr. Wm. Doyley; Observations on Tramore Bay; Slade Bay; and, Hook Tower. Includes four cross-sectional profiles: Appearance of the High Land of Dungarvan and the Land Eastward & Westward of it, when the same Bears N.W. There is a dedication to William Pitt engraved in the top left corner, and outside the neat-line, bottom right, is 'Price 2d'."
