Terelle, Defence Overprint [Battle of Monte Cassino-North], 10 April 1944
This map was produced during the Battle of Monte Cassino (January 19 to May 19, 1944) and covers the area just north of the abbey, and the town of Cassino. This map was originally held by the Department of Defence, and was acquired by the Laurier Military History Archive (LMH) from the Directorate of History and Heritage, Government of Canada, in the 1990s. Digitization and georeferencing of the map was performed at the University of Waterloo.
