Elva, Duncan, Flora and Robbie, and Joseph were all here. We had our christmas closing at the school to-day, and certainly had a good time. Mrs Wallis brought candies and nuts to treat us with, and also we had a grab bag and I got a rubber ball, and an apple. Mrs Nicholls told me I did splendid work in my parts, which weren't few.
